Never has there been a better occasion to say DAMN SON. Djemba Djemba just freaked on this new BANKS remix, that to put frankly, might just be the best future bass / trap song of the year.
After premiering “Here” last Friday, Annie Mac dropped off the TCTS remix of the London singer/songwriter Syron’s new single for her latest installment of free music Monday. The remix takes the UK pop hit straight to the dancefloor with a soft house vibe and echoing use of Syron’s lush vocals, creating a nice compliment to the original track that will see its official release on March 15th via Black Butter. Check out the TCTS remix below and watch the “Here” music video after the break.

It’s finally here, Arty and the deadmau5-discovered Chris James in full effect for one of the year’s most capable anthems, “Together We Are.” With the full release touching down on Big Beat today, this breathtaking essential tune is now primed to hit your ears at the climax of every EDM-oriented event for the remainder of 2013. For good reason though,”Together We Are” is a worthy theme song for our passionate electronic dance-dependent generation, and should have no problem being looked back on as one of Arty’s best when it’s all said and done.
Newly released from the Audien camp, we’ve got this remix of Zaa and Molly Bancroft’s reserved trance single,”Timebomb.” Like the title implies, this one uses bouncy progressive house stylings to build up to an all out explosion of uplifting piano and immersive basslines that are characteristic of a classic Audien melody. Stream it below and grab the release via Pilot 6 Recordings on Beatport.
Following their massive collaboration on “Climax,” the dynamic duo of Usher and Diplo are at it again for a new Valentine’s Day winner, “Go Missin.” Usher’s sensual vocals go hand in hand with Diplo’s mesmerizing production like a perfect couple, and I think it’s safe to say the two have another romantic hit on their hands. Listen or download for free below.

Just when you think you’ve heard them all, Brighton’s Adam Freeland whips out yet another worthy remix of Lana Del Rey. His take on “Summertime Sadness” is the most imaginative of the four I’ve posted thus far, using a jittery arrangement of LDR’s vocals to accent the dreamy electronic underbelly. Odds are you decide if you like this one within the first 10 seconds, so press below and grab a free download if you feel so inclined.

Fun fact about Adam Freeland, his remix of Sarah Vaughan’s “Fever” was nominated for a Grammy.
