Empire of the Sun – Alive (Mat Zo Remix)
Empire of the Sun‘s “Alive” remix package keeps getting bigger and bigger, having first enlisting the talents of M4SONIC and Zedd, and now adding Britain’s Mat Zo to the fray. Unlike his electro-heavy predecessors, Zo takes an airy progressive house approach to the song, resulting in a sweeping 5-minutes of beauty. Empire of the Sun’s Ice on the Dune hits June 18, with the “Alive” remix EP arriving May 28.

Giorgio Moroder – Racer
Earlier today, Google debuted a new cross-platform game (labeled as a “Chrome Experiment”) called Racer during their I/O developers conference, equipped with an accompanying soundtrack of new original music from Giorgio Moroder. As you might expect, the track comes packed with a shifting storm of moving synths, complete with a pounding bassline, vocoders and an epic orchestral backdrop. If you weren’t pleased with the Italian legend’s contribution to Random Access Memories, you might want to try this on for size. What’s more, the audio even shifts during gameplay:
Dirty South feat. Joe Gil – Your Heart (Michael Brun Remix)
On-the-rise Haitian producer Michael Brun has notched yet another tune on Phazing Records with his new remix of Dirty South and Joe Gil’s “Your Heart.” While this progressive gem saw its Australian release back in March on the extended edition of Speed of Life, it’s now available to stream in full and purchase worldwide on Beatport. Can you feel the love?
Far Too Loud – Drop The Bomb

Watch The Presets’ Breathtaking Skydive Video for “Fall”
Australian electronic duo The Presets are making the most of last September’s Pacifica release with a brand new music video for the album’s fourth single, “Fall.” I don’t know about you, but watching this mesmerizing clip made me feel like all is right with the world, despite at times not even knowing which way is up or down. Paired with the jovial Julian Hamilton and Kim Moyes soundtrack, it’s almost as if you catch a short glimpse of Heaven itself. Simply amazing.
